In order to minimise waste, each and every product is made to order which means delivery times may be longer than usual. Due to the unique quality of each and every product, Immerse Education cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged.

I've written in the wrong delivery address - What do I do?
If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact Immerse Education as soon as possible. We will try to re-direct the parcel however, if the parcel has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Please contact the courier in order to change the delivery address at your expense.
My order has been lost in the post and I haven't got a delivery confirmation. What do I do?
If you have not yet received a delivery confirmation, it may be that the shipment is taking a little longer than usual to be made and delivered. You should know who your courier is as you should have an email from them. Please contact your courier for more information about your shipment.
My order has been marked as delivered but I do not have the parcel. What do I do?
If you believe that the courier has not delivered your parcel correctly, but have received a delivery confirmation email, please contact your courier as soon as possible and follow the next steps provided by them. If the parcel has been incorrectly delivered, the courier will reimburse you for your order and you should then place a new order through the Immerse Shop.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or defective, you must contact Immerse Education within 30 days of receipt in order to proceed with a return, refund or redelivery.
I've chosen the wrong size. Can I exchange?
Each and every product ordered is made and tailored to each individual order. Due to this, unfortunately Immerse Education does not accept exchanges due to the wrong size being selected. Immerse Education has ensured sizes are shown accurately on every product description. My order has taken too long to arrive. What do I do?
As your order has been created especially for you, it takes a little longer for us to deliver. We estimate that items take two weeks to be delivered but it may be longer than this. Contact the shipping provider in order to find out where the parcel is.
